Timothy R. Reynolds, CPA/CFF,CVA, Manager

Tim has more than 10 years of experience in all areas of federal tax compliance and consulting for individuals and small businesses. For the past 5 years he has also been focusing in the areas of business valuation and litigation support services. In addition to being a CPA, Tim is accredited as Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

Client Focus

Tim’s experience includes the representation of clients with the IRS and other tax authorities, pass-through entity formation and tax planning, and tax planning for closely-held businesses and individuals.His experience also includes valuation and litigation support services for a wide variety of purposes including succession planning, small business disputes, economic damages, estate and gift tax transactions, and divorce. In the area of divorce, he has served in the capacity of settlement facilitator, expert witness and as a financial neutral. Tim also focuses his efforts as a neutral financial consultant in Collaborative Divorce settings. He began his career at KPMG, LLP in their State and Local Tax department where he assisted clients with New Mexico gross receipts tax issues, including compliance and consulting, refund claims and business credits/incentives.

Tim is a graduate of the University of New Mexico with a BBA with a concentration in accounting. He is a member of the New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
